A typical day in my life includes…
starting my morning off with checking emails and morning meditation. Jumping right into my early morning and afternoon client meetings and calls. I even carve out a specific hour of my day just to be on my social media accounts engaging and creating new helpful content. After lunch, my “me time “ either consists of the gym or just the perfect power nap to wind down from it all! Then it’s nightly check in’s and meetings and getting done any leftover client work to prepare for the next day.
