waking up, often to my daughter in my face saying “mommy I want breakfast”, coffee, getting my daughter to preschool, seeing patients, trying to squeeze in a gym session or yoga, dinner, playtime with my daughter and relaxing with my husband before bed.

My favorite thing about Arizona…
the sunsets. I have seen a number of sunsets around the world and Arizona has some of the best. I love the beauty and peacefulness of the sunsets.

is very important to me. I wish they all lived closer.

my mother. She passed away unexpectedly in 2017. I never got to say goodbye and I miss her every day.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
the healthcare system in the US. It focuses so much on sick care, rather than health care. This is why I chose naturopathic medicine. I want to teach children and their families to live healthier lives, therefore decreasing their risk of illness and disease.
The perfect day would be…
a quiet morning to enjoy my entire cup of coffee in peace, yoga and a spa day.
