A typical day in my life includes… The only thing that’s typical about my days is that there’s always something physical. Fitness keeps me sane through packed days of strategy, crisis management, problem solving and all the nuances of growing a business. I cherish my weekends traveling and being with friends and family, but also live for the occasional quiet day, tackling projects around the house.

I was born… To do things differently. I’m paving my own way, and sometimes that means learning the hard way.

My favorite thing about Arizona… Sunshine.

I’m listening to… Music that gets my body moving. Latin, hip-hop, EDM… My playlists are diverse! I’m also a big fan of TED Talks. Whenever I’m trying to solve a problem, or stretch in some area of my life, I tap in and find an expert or mentor and generally get some high-quality insights in the short amount of time I have.

My family… is everything to me. We’re Italian. We have no boundaries and we’d be lost without each other.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… This changes daily, but right now I’m really fascinated by Simon Sinek, Tony Robbins and Tyler Perry, all of whom have overcome real obstacles, built truly impactful businesses and continue to strive and reinvent themselves.

One thing I cannot live without… Balance. I truly believe that the mind, body, heart and soul are all connected, so I’ve learned to take the time for fitness, food, family, friends, fun and just breathing, knowing that all of these things bolster my career and make me a better human.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… A rock star, then a lawyer.

I’m inspired by… People who are the best at what they do and still evolving.

The one person who motivates me is… Myself. For better (and sometimes worse) I am the drill sergeant in my ear.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… People!

The perfect day would be… My perfect day is at the beach with friends and family. Music, toes in the sand, a little volleyball and a dip to cool off… heaven.

My first job was… Babysitting, of course. But then I leveled up and got a hostess job at Applebee’s. Applebee’s!

My favorite escape… My backyard pool is my oasis. I’ve made my best attempt to marry everything I love about the ocean and the chill pools in Vegas to create an outdoor space that’s perfect for entertaining, or finding my Zen.

My life… Is constantly changing and evolving. I’ve learned that everything takes longer than I think it will, but usually turns out better than expected. I’m at an age where I can enjoy the journey, because I’ve got just enough history to prove that every stage is better than the last.

I’m currently working on… Transforming the notion of what a law firm is by building one that doesn’t fit the mold. At the same time, I’m transforming the notion of what I can be and always challenging myself to expand beyond where I am today.

Always… Grateful, always learning.

Never… Settling, or standing still.

Favorite Quote… I love having others’ wisdom around to inspire me, so my favorites change, but today it’s: “Outstanding people have one thing in common: an absolute sense of mission.” —Zig Ziglar

Biggest Dream… I’m not sure I’ve had it yet. I want to make an impact on the world personally and professionally, but I’m leaving room for the way to appear. What I know is that I have so much left to do, and the more I achieve, the more I can turn around and help others.

My Pet Peeve(s)… Entitlement. There is no greatness without hard work, and the truly great ones never stop evolving. I wish more people embraced the upside of struggling, and understood that when you take too many shortcuts you fall short of your incredible potential.
