CityNorth’s Newest Luxury Apartment Community Begins Pre-Leasing

Greystar has officially begun pre-leasing for Azur, its latest luxury residential community located in the developing CityNorth district of Phoenix. With initial move-ins set to begin in January 2026, the first 100 residences are now available, offering early renters a chance to be part of a premier living experience in the city.
