Maple & Ash Scottsdale has unveiled a collection of seasonal dinner offerings that lean into the lighter, brighter side of the menu while still delivering the elevated dining experience the restaurant has become known for. Alongside the new dishes, guests can also get their hands on a limited-quantity off-menu burger that is one of the restaurant’s most intriguing insider finds.
Located along the Scottsdale Waterfront, Maple & Ash has built a loyal following since opening in 2019. Originally launched in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, the concept combines contemporary design, attentive service and wood-fired cooking to create a modern take on the classic steakhouse. While premium steaks, seafood towers, cocktails and an extensive wine list remain at the heart of the restaurant, the latest menu additions showcase the season’s fresh ingredients and flavors.

Among the newcomers is a Sea Bass dish featuring spinach pistou, morel mushrooms, cauliflower mushrooms and truffle dashi, creating a balance of richness and earthiness. The Scottish Salmon offers another seasonal option, paired with beurre blanc, smoked trout roe, dill and asparagus.
The Asparagus & Burrata combines snap peas, radish, charred avocado, crispy chickpeas and mustard vinaigrette, highlighting spring produce in a colorful and satisfying presentation. Diners craving something heartier can opt for the Australian Lamb, served with horiatiki, grilled halloumi, garden herbs and red chimichurri. The dish delivers bold flavors while maintaining the restaurant’s signature attention to detail and presentation. Perhaps the most buzzworthy addition, however, isn’t officially on the menu at all.

Available in limited quantities during Tower Hour, the off-menu Maple Burger gives guests an opportunity to experience a more playful side of the restaurant. The culinary updates arrive as Maple Hospitality Group introduces a new membership program designed to strengthen relationships with its most loyal guests.
Called Access, the program is the first offering within the company’s new House of Maple membership platform. The membership provides benefits across Maple Hospitality Group’s growing collection of restaurants, including Maple & Ash locations in Scottsdale, Chicago, Miami and Boston, as well as Monarch and Kessaku in Dallas and Marisella in Santa Barbara.

Members receive priority access to reservations and preferred tables, personalized service through a dedicated Member Services team and special recognition. Additional perks include monthly “Access Rituals,” which may feature experiences such as welcome pours, off-menu bites or end-of-meal surprises.
The program also offers members access to events, chef-led experiences and preferred wine pricing. To simplify visits, members receive a house account that can be used across participating restaurants.
Those who fund their account within the first 45 days of launch receive a $150 dining credit, while the initiation fee is waived for guests who choose an annual membership. For food lovers seeking something new this season, that combination of exclusivity, creativity and elevated hospitality may be the biggest draw of all. Learn more at Maple & Ash.
