NYX Cycle + Fitness is growing its Arizona footprint with the launch of its second Valley location, bringing its signature blend of high-energy workouts and community-driven fitness to North Scottsdale. Set to open on June 27, NYX NORTH marks the next chapter for the indoor cycling brand founded by Jeff Hohl, Kelle Hohl, Holland Scattergood, Demar Jackson, and Kristin Cangemi.
The new 3,300-square-foot studio follows the success of NYX SOUTH, which opened in South Scottsdale in 2024 and has since welcomed more than 7,000 riders. Built around a mission of inclusivity and connection, NYX quickly established itself as a fitness community where members feel supported, seen, and motivated.
By combining music-driven classes, high-energy rides, and instructors with loyal local followings, NYX has created an experience designed to inspire physically and emotionally. That strong sense of community is what the founders say made expansion feel like the natural next step.
“After seeing the incredible response from our South Scottsdale community, it became clear that demand for the NYX experience was growing,” Co-Founder Jeff Hohl said. “We wanted to bring that same energy, culture, and sense of belonging. From the lighting and studio design to the lobby, amenities, and atmosphere, NYX NORTH will deliver the same elevated experience our members have come to know and love.”
Ahead of opening day, NYX NORTH will host an Open House Community Celebration on June 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. Guests can tour the new studio, meet instructors, connect with other riders, and enjoy a live DJ, bites, sips, and interactive photo opportunities. The following morning, NYX officially opens with a Grand Opening Ride-for-Free promotion, allowing new riders to redeem one complimentary class through July 12.
The new studio will feature 45 Stages SC2 indoor cycling bikes and launch with 20 to 30 weekly classes, including NYX’s signature music-themed rides and live DJ experiences. The studio will also offer private ride reservations for occasions like birthdays, bachelorette parties, and community events.
