Sculpting in the Mountains

A little California fitness energy is making its way to the Valley this fall as Los Angeles-based heated fitness studio Forte Vita brings its signature sculpt method to Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa for an exclusive wellness weekend.

Set against the backdrop of Camelback Mountain, the October 10-11 event will feature four 45-minute Signature Sculpt classes designed to blend Pilates-inspired movement, muscular endurance and progressive challenge. Classes will take place outdoors at 8 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. each morning, giving participants an early start with plenty of mountain scenery.

Forte Vita describes its signature mat sculpt method as a full-body workout rooted in intentional movement, strength and community. The approach combines Pilates-inspired exercises with muscular endurance and progressive challenges, creating a workout designed to leave participants feeling strong and energized.

The weekend isn’t just about breaking a sweat, either. Following each class, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments, connect with fellow participants and take home exclusive gifting from ALO.

The event offers fitness enthusiasts a chance to experience Forte Vita’s Los Angeles-based approach without having to leave Arizona. And with the Camelback Mountains serving as the backdrop, it’s a setting that adds a distinctly Arizona twist to the studio’s signature experience.

The Forte Vita wellness weekend will take place Saturday, October 10, through Sunday, October 11, at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa, 5700 E. McDonald Drive in Paradise Valley. Tickets are $45 per class, with four classes offered throughout the weekend. For tickets and more information: FORTE.
