The Team Behind Lollapalooza is Bringing a New Music Festival to Tempe

Lost Lake Festival withdrawals? We feel you, but hold the tears because another major three-day festival is coming to the Valley in March. Produced by C3 Presents, the same team behind Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits Music Festival, the very first Innings Festival will take place March 23-25 at Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park.

The event will be headlined by Chris Stapleton, Queens of the Stone Age and The Avett Brothers and will also include acts by other artists like Counting Crows, Young the Giant, The Head and the Heart, The Decemberists, Dispatch, Cold War Kids, Local Natives, Lord Huron, Sylvan Esso and many more (lineup below).

And like any great music festival (or baseball game!) it wouldn’t be complete without delicious eats. Chef Beau MacMillan will host culinary demos with pro baseball players while curated food vendors and additional activities will provide plenty to do.

“The Innings Festival is the perfect combination of music, baseball and the amazing location of Tempe Town Lake and downtown Tempe,” said Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell. “Thousands of Cactus League fans – locals and visitors alike – will be able to come to experience the gorgeous weather, beautiful setting, great food and awesome music.  We are excited to welcome performers of this caliber and their fans to celebrate this first ever Innings Fest and we look forward to making this an annual event.”

Tickets go on sale October 27 at 10 a.m. PT. Three-day general admission, 3-day VIP and 3-day platinum tickets will be available to purchase.
