Steve LeVine Entertainment & Public Relations (SLE), Disco Donnie Presents (DDP) and Evening Entertainment Group (EEG) bring an array of internationally acclaimed DJ’s for SLE and DDP’s electronic dance music (EDM) series, REPUBLIC, this spring.
February through April will host more than 9 dates featuring EDM artists of all genres at Axis/Radius and The Mint in Scottsdale, and Marquee Theatre in Tempe for REPUBLIC. All the events are 21 years and overunless otherwise noted.
REPUBLIC, a brand built from the partnership of SLE and DDP, promotes the national and international EDM artists they bring to Arizona. January 26, marks the one year anniversary of REPUBLIC and will be celebrated with a performance by electro DJ and producer Felix Cartal at Axis Radius. Doors will open at 9:00 p.m.
February Performances:
· 02/01:: TJR – Known for his unique mixing and impromptu scratching, TJR was featured in Pitbull’s hit track “Don’t Stop the Party.” He will debut at The Mint, located at 7373 East Camelback Road Scottsdale, Ariz., 85260. Doors open at 9:00 p.m.
· 02/02 :: Z-Trip – An Arizona native and voted “America’s Best DJ” in 2009 by DJ Times Magazine will perform at Axis/Radius located at 7340 E Indian Plaza Scottsdale, Ariz., 85260. Doors open at 9:00 p.m.
· 02/06 :: Tara Brooks – Skam Artist DJ, bas been DJ’ing since 2007. She tours the southwest regularly at venues such as Marquee in Las Vegas, Avalon in Hollywood and many more. The U.S. native will perform at The Mint, doors open at 9:00 p.m.
· 02/16 :: Excision “The Execution Tour” with Paper Diamond and Vaski – “The Execution Tour” will host Canada’s PK Sound system that will pack more than 100,000 watts of full-on bone- crushing sound at Marquee Theatre, 730 North Mill Avenue, Tempe, Ariz., 85281. This is a 16+ event. Doors open at 8:00 p.m.
· 02/16 :: Ferry Corsten – Dutch dj and producer, currently ranked 13 on dj-rankings.comwill perform at Axis/Radius, doors open at 9:00 p.m.
· 02/23 :: Manufactured Superstars – Electro music duo Brad Roulier and Shawn Sabo were amongst the founding fathers of popular music site, Beatport. The pair have performed at major nightclubs and festivals such as Playhouse in Los Angeles, Ultra Music Festival in Miami, and many more. Manufactured Superstars will perform at Axis/Radius, doors open at 9:00 p.m.
March performances:
· 03/01 :: Cedric Gervais – French DJ and producer released 2012 Summer anthem “Molly” which has over 2.5 million views on Youtube. Gervais will perform at Axis/Radius, 7340 E Indian Plaza, Scottsdale, Ariz., 85260. Doors open at 10:00 p.m.
· 03/09 :: R3hab was recognized as 2012 IDMA’s Best Breakthrough Artist. The highly sought after “dutch house” producer has remixed for artists like Lady Gaga, LMFAO, Calvin Harris, Kaskade and Katy Perry. He will perform at Axis/Radius, doors open at 9:00 p.m.
