Head to Omni Montelucia for a night of entertainment and giving back. The resort is hosting its annual celebration on Nov. 21 from 7 p.m. to midnight and will feature tapas from Prado and specialty tacos from Taqueria Centro, plus cocktails and live entertainment. A portion of the proceeds from the night will benefit St. Mary’s Food Bank who distributes food to nearly 500 nonprofit partners throughout the state.

Skylanes Boutique Bowling Club is hosting a Turkey Bowl on Nov. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. with all entry fee proceeds benefitting the Salvation Army’s Christmas Angels program. The entry fee is $20 and participants will have the opportunity to bowl three balls and a frozen turkey. The first person to bowl three strikes (known as a turkey) and hit a strike with the frozen turkey will win the $2,500 cash price. Additionally, anyone who bowls a strike with his or her frozen turkey will receive a $50 gift card.
