Was Mike Meyers filming an Austin Powers movie with the fembots in Scottsdale? Kathy's got the scoop on the AZ Foothills party!

Was actor Mike Meyers filming in Scottsdale for another Austin Powers movie?  And was he mingling among the hundreds who turned out for Arizona Foothills Magazine’s Best of Valley Finale Party? Was Mini-Me (actor Verne Troyer who loves Scottsdale) running around the party in a private area at the Scottsdale Quarter? 

My speculations were sparked by the appearance of two “fembot” style models. Guests were scrambling to snap photos of the ladies painted in silver donning bathing suits covered in thousands of Swarovski crystals.  Oh wait. Was that Elizabeth Hurley with them wearing a jewel studded bra? 

Well, the trio were accompanied by Jacqueline Nerguizian of Jacqueline Nerguizian Fine Jewelry and her husband Brent Nerguizian. She designed the bra (made of 2,600 stones of black and white diamonds, colored sapphires and rubies) and the glitzy bathing suits on the silver painted ladies. The celebrity jewelry designer who won “Best Jewelry Designer Female” (J Lo, Sofia Vergara and Lily Collins are among those who have worn her designs)  was at the Best of Valley party celebrating in grand style. 

Local celebrities who attended the event at the Scottsdale Quarter included Johnjay and Rich of KISS FM, Cary Pena of KTVK-TV, Paradise Valley Councilman Vernon Parker, and Miss Arizona America; as well as entertainers who gave energetic performances such as Kelly James and the Arrowheart Girls . Congratulations to all the Best of Valley winners in the 260 different categories.
