Crescent Communities Announces Opening of Phoenix Office
Office to Be Led by Newly Appointed Director of Development Ken Keefe
Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southwest, announced the opening of its Phoenix office this summer, located at 2415 E. Camelback Road.
The office will be led by Ken Keefe, who recently joined Crescent Communities as Director of Development for the company’s Phoenix multifamily group. Keefe is responsible for overseeing the company’s growing Phoenix portfolio which includes three completed communities as well as NOVEL Midtown Phoenix, which is currently under construction.

Prior to joining Crescent Communities, Keefe, a multifamily real estate development executive with more than 25 years of experience, served in leadership roles at 4Terra Investments Inc. and Archstone.
