Halloween Spooktacular

Spend All Hallow’s Eve (Oct. 31) crafting, playing games, eating, dressing up, taking photos and walking through a haunted house. The festivities will take place at the Downtown Chandler Library Courtyardfrom5:30-8:30 p.m. Admission is free, but there is a charge for activities.
