HomeFabulosity by Corbin Chamberlin › Closet Case: Style Interview with Katie Doyle

Katie Doyle, previously my assistant and now a bombshell PR gal for Steve LeVine and brand ambassador for BCBGeneration, has sparkling style. Often, she can be found parading in a pair of Christian Louboutin’s, Gucci caftan and a Chanel bag piled with press releases.

Katie is well spoken, witty and impeccably mannered; this overall demeanor carries through her wardrobe. She describes her look as “NYC chelsea girl meets California cool”  and looks down on those who attempt the “effortless-look” but fall short only to look sloppy and unkempt. Katie found fashion-nirvana with the vintage gems of Misty Guerriero and appreciates the history and values behind Louis Vuitton. Need I say more? The girl is chic. She’s going to need her oversized Tom Ford shades, as her future as a PR-goddess is bright.

How would you best describe your personal style?
NYC Chelsea girl meets California Cool. I am obsessed with Old Hollywood, so anything that reminds me of that time, I try to resemble. Grace Kelly’s French Riviera style mixed with a modern icon of mine, Kate Beckinsale is ideal for me.

When it comes to fashion, what rules do you have for yourself and others?
Keep it simple and chic. And never leave home without your oversized shades, they could save your look.

Tell us about yourself.
I have the privilege of working in PR at Steve LeVine Entertainment, as well as being a Brand Ambassador for BCBGeneration. I love my field and could hardly call my positions "work."
