When she is not scooting around Agritopia on a aqua-colored Vespa or serving cupcakes in Chanel, Jessica Flowers Cuff is running the very successful Coffee Shop in Gilbert. When I first met the fashionable mother of two, I was completely intrigued; the Barbie doll-like character was decorated with Chanel bangles, a Hermes belt and witty tattoos running down her arm, all while serving in her uberchic Coffee Shop. Cuff recently appeared on Food Network’s “Cupcake Wars,” where she dominated the competition with a cupcake that contained actual tobacco. Like her winning pastry, Cuff’s fashion sense is unusual but never the less, absolutely fabulous.

How would you best describe your style?
My style is best described as rebellious-preppy; think Vivienne Westwood plays dress up in Coco Chanel’s closet.

You wear Chanel while serving cupcakes. How do your customers respond to your high-end look?
I am almost certain that they think it is fake. I don’t wear it for them.

Locally, where do you shop the most?
I am huge fan of Barneys, J.Crew and Vans. I own 30-plus pairs of shoes from the skate-shoe shop.

Best thing in your closet?
The best thing in my closet is a jacket from St. John. The jacket has a classic cut and a deconstructed trim that makes it so versatile. I will wear the St. John jacket with an Iron Maiden T-shirt and sometimes paired with J-Brand Jeans or with black cigarette pants. On occasion, I will integrate my superchic Chanel brooch to the look as well.

When you’re not at The Coffee Shop, where can we find you?
The venues are endless. Depends on my mood. When I am not napping or sipping Champagne with the ladies, I can be found at Barneys or lunching at Culinary Dropout.

Who are your style icons?
Ashley Olsen, Johnny Rotten and I am obsessed with Heidi Klum and her amazing accessories.

Who has the worst style in Hollywood?
Hands down, Jennifer Garner. When I see shots of Garner in street clothes, it physically bums me out. Being casual is so overrated.

What are you most excited to wear this fall/winter?
I could not be a fashionable rebel without a little denim in my closet, so I purchased this amazing Tory Burch jean motorcycle jacket that makes me all types of happy. This fall, I’m also all about the moccasins; I’m totally in love with what they can do to an outfit.

What should every woman have in her closet?
This fall, women should have a little seduction up her sleeve. All the ladies need to own a pair of ‘sexy-on-you’ jeans. Don’t walk, run to buy some. Wear them with your favorite band T or Chanel jacket. Either way, they are going to spice up your look.
