Listen up, Valley foodies: one of your favorite weeks of the year is right around the corner. Spring Arizona Restaurant Week (ARW) is held May 15 through 25, giving diners the perfect chance to try out some new restaurants–or visit their old faves–at a value price. More than 100 Phoenix restaurants are participating in ARW and will offer a selection of specialty menus priced at $33 or $44 per person, excluding beverages, tax and gratuity, unless otherwise noted.
“Arizona’s food scene is thriving, thanks in no small part to the trailblazing chefs, mixologists and restaurateurs who make certain that it never gets stale,” says Arizona Restaurant Association president and CEO Steve Chucri. “It’s that excitement and energy that helps fuel the dramatic growth of our industry. We’re honored for the second consecutive year to see Arizona’s restaurant industry lead the rest of the country in restaurant sales and jobs growth.”
Regardless of what part of the Valley you call home, there is a selection of restaurants to choose from during ARW. Gilbert residents will be happy to know that Liberty Market has joined ARW for the first time ever. Among the entree selections, enjoy a rustic pot pie or pork osso bucco. Live in Chandler? Stop by Roy’s for a decadent chocolate souffle (after lobster potstickers and mahi mahi, among other choices) or Perfect Pear Bistro for a healthy starters, pasta, salad and more. Glendale has Arrowhead Grill while Cave Creek has Cartwright’s. Buckeye boasts Tempo Urban Bistro and Coffee Bar and Tempe has The Dhaba. And, of course, Scottsdale and Phoenix dishes up many ARW menus from the likes of Citizen Public House, Del Frisco’s Grille, J&G Steakhouse (pictured on opening page), Lon’s at the Hermosa (pictured), Marcellino Ristorante, Little Cleo’s Seafood Legend and many more.
Be sure to make reservations for your ARW picks. Menus and full restaurant list can be viewed here.
