Lorenzo’s Italian Kitchen, a 17-year staple in the North Scottsdale dining scene, has unveiled a complete brand refresh under the direction of acclaimed restaurateur Eric J. Greenwald, who purchased the restaurant in 2022. Known for shaping some of Arizona’s most successful dining destinations, Greenwald is bringing new energy and a modern twist to Lorenzo’s while honoring its roots as a neighborhood favorite.
“I’ve been dining at Lorenzo’s for years, and when I took over the restaurant, I knew it was time to evolve,” Greenwald said. “The food was solid, the foundation was strong, but the space and menu needed a refresh. My team and I kept the fan favorites and elevated the overall experience to match what diners want.”
The redesigned 2,000-square-foot space greets guests with a mural and playful neon signage, sleek black furniture, cozy booth seating, and red accents that create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
On the culinary side, Lorenzo’s reimagined menu balances classic Italian comfort food with contemporary flair. Favorites like house-made alla vodka pasta, garlic knots, and lasagna remain, joined by updated offerings such as bolognese-topped fries, a lighter and crispier pizza made with a new upgraded water filtration system, and the indulgent “brownoli” dessert.
New food, wine, and beer menu items will continue to roll out throughout the year, keeping the experience fresh and exciting for regulars and first-time diners.
“Lorenzo’s has been part of this community for nearly two decades, and this refresh is about raising the bar and delivering the quality our guests deserve. We’re excited to welcome back longtime regulars and introduce a new generation of diners to what Lorenzo’s is all about,” Greenwald said.
