  1. Juicing at home on the weekends

Although we are all busy and juicing can be messy, we’ve enjoyed getting clients and friends set up at home with making their own juices and nut milks. This really connects you to your food which is important. On a Sunday, juice those farmer’s market finds and during the week, Kaleidoscope Juice has you covered!

  1. An 8-oz. glass of water with half lemon squeezed into it

You’ve heard this one before but it’s a great one! Upon rising, do this to alkalize and hydrate before the rest of your morning routine. Before coffee and before anything.

  1. Return to raw juice

Did you know that it’s against FDA regulations to wholesale raw juice? There’s a trend going back to raw freshly made juices with live enzymes and vities rather than the heat or pressure pasteurized juices that have a 30- to 90-day shelf life.

  1. Herbal teas and waters

Everyone’s on board with a gallon of water a day, which is fantastic. Our herbal cold tea with nettles, dandelion, lemon myrtle, and peppermint is a great way to achieve the one-gallon mark with the bonus of herbs to support your body health and function.

  1. Switch it up

Don’t do the same thing every day forever. Switch up your health and wellness routine. Different things serve us at different points in our lives, and we are always learning new information. Switch ingredients, herbs and supplements up. When we travel, we always leave our supplements behind to give our body a break and to try new things.
