CIELO, the signature restaurant at ADERO Scottsdale Resort, has reimagined the gastro-brunch experience designed to delight locals and resort guests alike. With sweeping desert views as the backdrop, the newly revamped Sunday Summer Brunch – available until September 21 – brings together elevated cuisine, entertainment, and cocktails in a celebration of flavors and fun.
Hosted every Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., the series turns up the energy between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. with live music and DJ performances that complement the resort’s laid-back vibe.
Guests can sip on mimosa and frosé specials or build cocktails at the over-the-top Bloody Mary bar while quenching cravings with chef specials like 2 Buck Shuck $2 oysters, Gourmet Burger Day, a traditional La Caja China Pig Roast, seafood displays, rosemary fried chicken and waffles, and buttery lobster rolls.
Executive Chef Joseph Mills has spearheaded the refresh of CIELO’s brunch, infusing it with desert-inspired flavors, refined techniques, and artful presentation. The result is a menu that balances comfort food staples with adventurous new offerings that are as photogenic as they are flavorful.
