Inspired by the speed and spirit of the iconic F-16 fighter jet, this all-day hotspot delivers high-octane hospitality with an irreverent aviation theme.
The menu is a love letter to roadside comfort food—think churro pancakes, honey butter fried chicken and waffles, smash burgers, and boozy shakes, with cocktails like the Peanut Butter & Jelly Old Fashioned. Kauboi
Where Japanese technique meets desert soul, Kauboi is a live-fire Japanese steakhouse rooted in craftsmanship and spectacle. A custom dual-format robata and grill anchors the kitchen—one side serving traditional yakitori, the other offering Santa Maria-style grilled steaks.
Dishes include the smoking bluefin tuna tartlet and the showstopping 40-oz. Mishima tomahawk ribeye carved tableside.
