Fall is bringing a fresh taste of Paris to Scottsdale Fashion Square, where Society Swan is introducing a new seasonal menu filled with comforting flavors, French-inspired flair and a few returning favorites.
The Fox Restaurant Concepts brasserie blends seasonal ingredients with a signature mix of American brasserie classics and Parisian influence. Highlights include Coconut Curry Mussels served with burnt wine, roasted tomato, confit fennel and a garlic and herb baguette, as well as Short Rib Bourguignonne accompanied by horseradish risotto, crispy Brussels sprouts, herb bread crumb and arugula.
Seafood lovers can try the Lobster Carbonara, featuring bacon lardons, charred corn, roasted tomato, black truffle, torn basil and pecorino. Available exclusively at lunch, the Croque Madame Quiche combines shaved ham, sautéed spinach, heirloom tomato and cheddar mornay, served with simple greens.
Other additions include a Smashburger topped with bacon, American cheese, pickle, red onion, shredded lettuce and Louis dressing. The popular Golden Orchard salad returns, bringing together crispy squash, Brussels sprouts, quinoa, apple, pomegranate, goat cheese and honey walnut vinaigrette.
For a sweet finish, the new Southern Buttermilk Tart pairs blueberry and pomegranate compote with lemon and vanilla mascarpone. At the bar, The Centerfold offers a bubbly sip made with vanilla tea-soaked vodka, clarified passion fruit, orange oil and chilled sparkling wine.
“As the weather cools down, people linger a little longer and the cooking gets richer and more comforting,” said Dan Klein, regional manager of operations. “We wanted the new menu to lean into that, with dishes built around what’s in season, plus a little of the playfulness guests expect.”
Located at Scottsdale Fashion Square, Society Swan is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. For more information, visit societyswan.com.
