Craft 64 is adding a flavorful new twist to its menu this month with a limited-time lineup inspired by Mexican and Hispanic cuisines. Known for its scratch-made dough, wood-fired pizzas, and locally sourced ingredients, the pizzeria is leaning into spices, citrus marinades, and fresh seasonal produce with a collection of specialty dishes that capture familiar flavors in unexpected ways.
Leading the lineup is the Carne Asada Pizza, which layers citrus-marinated skirt steak with house-made cilantro pesto before being finished with fresh pico de gallo. The combination balances bright herbs, smoky grilled flavors and fresh toppings on Craft 64’s signature crust.
Also joining the menu is the Tha’ Taco Pizza, a playful take on taco night featuring seasoned ground beef, onion, peppers, jalapeño and black beans. The pizza is topped with shredded romaine, Tex-Mex crema and a cheddar finish. For wing lovers, Craft 64 is introducing its Sweet N’ Hot Honey & Tajín Wings, smoked wings tossed in a house-made honey-Tajín sauce that combines sweetness, heat and citrusy spice.
The seasonal offerings also include the Ensalada de Fruta, a lighter dish built around fresh arugula, watermelon, tangerines, red onion and queso fresco. Finished with Tajín seasoning and a tequila-lime vinaigrette made with Corrido blanco tequila, the salad brings together sweet, salty and tangy flavors.
At Craft 64, that approach starts with its house-made dough and continues through each topping and sauce, allowing the seasonal specials to feel both creative and approachable. With patio season winding down and summer temperatures beginning to rise, the limited-time menu also arrives during one of the last stretches of ideal outdoor dining weather in the Valley. The specials are available throughout May at Craft 64.
