Seven Brothers is a place to eat, sure – but it’s also an experience rooted in love, community, and passion. Originally founded in Kahuku, Oahu in 2009, the restaurant was born out of a real-life love story between Arthur and Peggy Hannemann and their dream of seeing their seven sons working side by side.

That dream lives on in every location, where guests are treated like family and the food is made with intention, care, and an undeniable Hawaiian flair.

“Our story began in 2009 in Oahu, with a hole-in-the-wall restaurant and big dreams,” said Seth Hannemann, brother No. 3 of Seven Brothers. “Our parents taught us to love God, love others, and love surfing, and that spirit is infused into everything we do. We are incredibly excited to bring our unique blend of fresh, authentic Hawaiian-inspired burgers and plates, along with our family-oriented environment, to Peoria.”

At the heart of the Seven Brothers experience is a dedication to fresh, never-frozen ingredients and a customer-first culture. Every bite is designed to deliver bold flavor and heartfelt service. From juicy, handcrafted burgers topped with locally inspired ingredients to tropical plate lunches and homemade desserts, guests receive a slice of Hawaii with every order.

For those craving something beyond burgers, dishes like Coconut Macadamia Nut Shrimp and crisp, vibrant salads highlight the restaurant’s versatility. Mom’s Banana Bread and hand-scooped shakes round out the dessert menu, adding a comforting, homemade touch.

As with every location, the new Peoria restaurant will carry forward the Seven Brothers commitment to “Never cutting corners” and “tasting the passion” in every bite. This new outpost promises to be a place where food, family, and aloha converge, welcoming locals and visitors into the Seven Brothers ‘ohana.’

The Peoria grand opening on June 19, 2025, invites the community to experience “more than a meal”—a celebration of togetherness, island hospitality, and unforgettable flavor. For more information, visit sevenbrothersburgers.com.
