I was born…

in Arizona.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

the different landscapes, from city to mountains to dessert and waterfalls; we have it all!

I’m listening to…

Mexican pop and folk music, lots of Maluma and Natalia LaFourcade.

My family…

is large, I’m the youngest of five.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Nancy Silverton, she’s an amazing chef, baker, writer and restaurant owner. I would LOVE to spend hours talking to her.

my chef’s knife – I use it every day for almost all my meals.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

an SNL screenwriter.

strong women in the culinary world, Alison Roman, Carla Lalli Music and Katie Parla to name a few. I love what they do.

The one person who thing that motivates me is…

my job; it constantly pushes me to preform better and think outside of the box.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

better sex and health education for kids.

The perfect day would be

… spent making lots of amazing food, drinking lots of delicious wine, surrounded by the best people and good music.

My first job was…

a painter’s assistant at As You Wish.

My favorite escape…

swimming.

My life…

is a whirlwind.

I’m currently working on…

focusing on what matters.

Always…

hungry (literally & metaphorically).

Never…

settle.

Favorite Quote…

“We ate well and cheaply and drank well and cheaply and slept well and warm together and loved each other.” – Ernest Hemingway, A Moveable Feast.

Biggest Dream…

to produce a top-selling cookbook.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

Yelpers.
