A typical day in my life includes… lots of water, lots of music, lots of skincare, and some kind of workout throughout the day.

I was born… and raised on the East Coast of Canada. Super small-town vibes, but I’m so grateful for my upbringing and how it’s shaped me. 👼🏻

My favorite thing about Arizona… is all of the cherished memories and love that it’s brought me. Plus, the sunsets are next level, and all of the cool places in & around the state make for lots of traveling which I love. 

I’m listening to… anything from rap, country, and house music, to a random podcast on neuroscience. It all depends on my mood. 😁

My family… is super patient and reliable through everything. I’m super blessed to have them. 

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… my younger self! Girl, I have so much to tell you.

One thing I cannot live without… cliché, but my mama.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… 100 different things, and I still do. I have so many interests, passions, and diverse goals I want to accomplish. 

I’m inspired by… all of the hardworking and determined people who face adversity yet still make something out of nothing. Those are the real role models. 

The one person who motivates me is… myself and the goals I’ve set. No one can get me working harder than my dreams can.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…  the standard that caring isn’t cool, because it is. Caring and loving and giving are all cool—and they’re important. We need more of it.

The perfect day would be… spent on a beach in the tropics with those I love, listening to music, eating yummy food, and watching the sunset. 

My first job was… a cashier at a local pharmacy in my hometown. Lol

My favorite escape… is sitting by the water or going for a long solo drive with the windows down. Anything that reminds me that life is so much bigger than the things I may be going through.

My life… is a constant cycle of growth, and I’m grateful for every single thing that’s flowed into it; both blessings & lessons. 

I’m currently working on… and always working on, growing my Youtube channel (subscribe! ♥) 

Always… show love and gratitude, aim high, maintain inner peace, get uncomfortable, believe in your potential, support your friends, and give to those less fortunate than you.

Never… dwell on what you can’t change or undermine the bigger picture. It’s all happening for a reason. Trust
