A typical day in my life includes… waking up to the gorgeous blue skies, devouring a protein-packed breakfast and training some of my favorite people. Then It’s off to the gym. Sprinkled into the week is a little Funkalicous volleyball (the name of the league I play in). You’d think at 5’3” it’d be a joke, but I’m learning!

My Pet Peeve(s)… sticky fingers, no thank you.
More About Natalie Lo:
Washington bred, I moved to Arizona in January to escape the werewolves of Forks and join the vampires of Phoenix. I am one happy gal when outdoors and with good company. But, now that I call Arizona home, I am ready to explore all it has to offer! Inspired by the coaches and mentors that have instilled in me a passion for helping others achieve their goals, I decided to turn that into my own business.
As a personal trainer, I put my heart into helping my clients achieve stronger, happier lives through motivating workouts and a gentle nudge that can be a catalyst towards achieving a healthy lifestyle. I would like to think I crack a good joke or two along the way as well. Come train with me, I’d love to meet you!
