A typical day in my life includes… My daily routine fluctuates depending on what’s all on my plate but my typical routine starts between 5:30-6:30 am. As soon as I wake up, I make sure to look out the window and see nature, the sun, and blue skies. It instantly allows me to feel grateful for living in such a beautiful state. I then begin each and every morning with meditating for 15 minutes and then reading for 1-2 hours before starting my day. My workday is usually filled with meeting after meeting throughout the morning until about 12-1pm. I’m then working on a multitude of things depending on what’s going on within our company. This can range from HR/hiring, building processes, giving creative direction, strategy with clients, internal marketing, or assisting with sales. I take an hour out in the late afternoon for a workout so I’m able to clear my head and finish the day strong. I get another 2-3 hours of work in and wrap up around 7-8pm.

I was born… Racine, WI

My favorite thing about Arizona… I absolutely love the weather and the opportunity that comes with living here. You’re able to meet a lot of talented and brilliant people that evolve into phenomenal business relationships and a powerful network.

I’m listening to… Clubhouse. I’m a huge ready and listened to podcasts for years. Clubhouse is a mixture of all of those but live.

My family… is amazing and supportive!

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Elon Musk – Hands down..

One thing I cannot live without… Personal time to read, meditate, and stay grounded. My life is very chaotic at times and my personal time allows me to be grounded no matter what’s required of me. It allows me to remain happy and grateful, no matter what’s going on around me.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… a business owner. I know you probably don’t get that a lot but it’s the truth. When I was younger, my parents used to drive by construction sites and I’d point and say I want to be that one day. My parents thought I meant a construction worker (which I was in high school) but I always said, “no, I want to be the boss holding that clipboard giving the orders.” Haha – my parents brought this up a few years ago and we got a good laugh.

I’m inspired by… The Jeff Bezos and Elon Musks of the world. Being an entrepreneur is not all sunshine and rainbows. It’s one of the most difficult lives to live that most people will never know. People like Bezos and Musk make the rest of our problems or issues seem so small. If guys like that are running multiple billion-dollar businesses and trying to get people to another planet, it makes me laugh about my problems and work even harder to not only succeed but ensure that I’m making an impact in the process.

The one person who motivates me is… Myself. I don’t look for external forces to motivate me. I’ve been through hell and back to get to where I am and I simply just remember what I’ve gone through and how far I’ve come. It’s always you vs you no matter what.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… Wow, that’s a tough question. I’ve sat here for a few minutes staring at the question pondering what I would want to change. I’m a big believer that the world needs more peace. Less hate. Competition is good but the world has been twisted so much over the last year between COVID, the election and so many other important topics. I wish everyone in the world realized that we’re all human beings and to treat each other as such. I don’t care your size, your skin color, ethnicity, net work, etc – I’m going to treat you like a human being no matter what. I wish the world could see that as well so that’s one thing I’d change.

The perfect day would be… On a beautiful private beach (think of Couples Retreat – the movie)  with a group of close friends and enjoying each other’s company. My companies are still running and I can be there for two weeks without needing to talk to anyone back home. That’s pure bliss!

My first job was… Subway at 15 years old.

My favorite escape… Sedona, AZ – I’m a very spiritual person so anytime I can get away and clear my head and overall energy, I always go to Sedona and just unplug.

My life… Has been one hell of a journey. I’m grateful to be changing as many lives as I can. I’m constantly trying to become a better version of myself, knowing that it will greatly impact all of those around me.

I’m currently working on… My agency, Avintiv Media, has been growing at an unprecedented rate so my main focus is continuing to hire more team members and have it become a household name over the next few years. We’re very grateful to have so many phenomenal clients that make such a global impact that it pushes us to want to grow even more to be able to help that many more businesses.

Always… grateful

Never… complacent

Favorite Quote… “How you do anything is how you do everything”

Biggest Dream… That when I die, I know that I built a generational empire that will continue to impact the world for long after I’m gone.

My Pet Peeve(s)… people that make excuses or play the victim, shady people, fake it till you make it entrepreneurs who scam people
