A typical day in my life includes…  Getting up, working out, coming home and getting myself ready as well as my two kids for 3rd grade and kindergarten. Doing the school drop off and then jetting off to either a meeting, networking events or hosting educational events about Compassionate Callers across the valley. Working all day which then leads to picking up the kids after school and getting ready for our family night routine of dinner and homework. On the fun nights I do get out with my husband for a date night or out with friends is always a welcome treat!

I was born… in Tucson, AZ

My favorite thing about Arizona… is all that it has to offer to so many different people and what their interests are. Being born and raised here I have love to seen the growth and what comes with that such as amazing restaurants, opportunities for stay-cations and spa days as well as hiking, being outside and enjoying all the beauty Arizona has to offer.

I’m listening to… Originals by Adam Grant, so many books in the thriller genre and many, many podcasts!

My family… consists of my husband and our two kids, our one rescue dog and two desert tortoises.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… my loved ones that have passed.

One thing I cannot live without… AJ’s iced tea! When we travel, I bring bags to brew on every vacation.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… a fashion designer

I’m inspired by… people who have ideas and take action! It is great to see so many people who are in the same boat as me as I am meeting so many people networking in the valley who are like this.

The one person who motivates me is… my husband!

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… to have no starving children, adults too, but as a mother of two younger kids, it would be amazing to know all children had full bellies!

The perfect day would be… being at our (dream) lake house with family and friends and enjoying drinks and food all day. Still loving the charcutier board trend and could imagine many of those and margaritas available all day at the lake house. Also, it would have to end with a bonfire for smores and hours of The Real Housewives (really of any city)!

My first job was… working at Mother’s Milk Boutique which was my aunts nursing boutique on Scottsdale and Shea. In high school, I was able to fit any new nursing mom for a nursing bra! Sadly, it is not there anymore.

My favorite escape… is any place I get to go with my husband and two children. This can be as easy as a day trip up north or vacation out of the country.

My life… is busy, full and I love seeing what turns my family takes together!

I’m currently working on… growing my business, Compassionate Callers.

Always… go for what you want and keep others in mind!

Never… think you cannot do it, there is always a way with the will to do so!

No one cares until someone cares; be that one! ― Ken Poirot

We don’t stop playing because we grow old. We grow old because we stop playing. – George Bernard Shaw

Biggest Dream… a lake house with all the toys, boat, tubes for tubing, jet skis, a large lily pad and so much more!

Bio-on yourself/company: Compassionate Callers offers a new way to check in on your loved ones. It is a simple calling service dedicated to connecting loved ones and clients of all ages. Our mission is to provide reliable, affordable and compassion support through up to 5 calls per day, 7 days a week. We offer a wide range of services designed to enhance the well-being and quality of life for our clients.

For individuals in need of regular reminders for medication and meal schedules, encouragement for physical therapy exercises or a true pro-active fall alert. We cater to a diverse array of needs with each client getting their own assessment and care plan which ensures that each call made serves a purpose.

Beyond the practice assistance, our service is a lifeline for the elderly, combating the scourge of loneliness. We go the extra mile by offering a monthly activity kit to engage and enrich their lives to stimulate both their minds and hands. These monthly activity kits provide an invaluable benefit to our aging population.

For busy parents juggling full-time jobs and latchkey kids returning home to an empty house, Compassionate Callers step in to provide reassurance and connection. We call children upon their return home from school and continue to check in throughout the afternoon until their parents return, creating a safer and more connected environment.

Additionally, Compassionate Callers is an invaluable HR benefit for employers looking to support their full-time employees who are also full-time family caregivers. Research has consistently shown that individuals in this dual role face a productivity decline of at least 18%, a number that only escalates with mounting stress at home and work. By assuming up to 5 phone calls, 7 days a week, we help these employees regain their productivity, reducing stress and improving their overall work-life balance.

Compassionate Callers is not just a service; it’s a lifeline, a support system and a solution for a healthier, happier and more connected life for everyone we serve.
