Title: VP Marketing and Co-Founder of RealtyRewards™ / Creative Catalyst at Uhlitzer Enterprises / Co-Founder at KMFE, Inc. (Keep Moving Forward Enterprises)

Married/Single: Single

Kids: 1 ½ year old Olde English Bulldog named Bruce Wayne

City you live in: Paradise Valley, Az

A typical day in my life includes…

wake up early, make my food for the day, then I head to the office with Bruce Wayne where I work and he sleeps all day. Then I do yoga from 5-6, meditate from 6-6:30/7, then work out after. I try to get to bed at a reasonable hour, but that doesn’t usually happen because I’m definitely a night owl and I tend to do my best thinking at night.

I was born…

February 9, 1989 and raised in Phoenix, Az

My favorite thing about Arizona…

sunsets and the weather. For most of the year it’s incredible and in the summer, well, at least you don’t have to shovel heat.

I’m listening to…

I appreciate an eclectic variety of music…really anything that has a good beat/rhythm. I also like music that has a purpose…whether it’s via the lyrics/message or the sound waves i.e. meditation music with Delta or Theta waves.

My family…

is everything. I am very close with my parents and my family. Also, as someone who’s adopted, I’m a true believer that family isn’t only defined by blood. In my life, I am beyond blessed to have met so many amazing people of all ages who have become my family.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Jim Carrey. He is one of my favorites – just so talented…he’s a world-renowned comedian and actor, artist, author and philanthropist. He took so many risks, especially at the beginning of his career, and never gave up on his dream of making people smile and laugh. He is absolutely brilliant – if you get a chance, YouTube his Commencement Address at the 2014 MUM Graduation. His outlook on life is extremely inspiring and real.

One thing I cannot live without…

my family (including my dog and my friends).

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a professional golfer. I played in college at the University of Denver and was planning on going pro until I injured my back and neck at the end of my junior year.

I’m inspired by…

the people around me. I’m so fortunate to have such brilliant, talented, creative and unique people in my life that inspire me everyday.

The one person who motivates me is…

myself. The first place we lose the battle is in our own thinking. If you think it’s permanent, then it’s permanent. If you think you’ve reached your limits, then you have. Only you have the power to change your life and the way you think. You need to see every obstacle and every limitation as only temporary, then you will be open and free to concur anything.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

the understanding that we, as human beings, are much stronger as a community than as individuals. When we realize this, then I feel we will begin to experience more peace.

The perfect day would be…

sleeping in a little, having a nice, big breakfast, touring a few different wineries in Napa or Italy with my friends and family then a group dinner at a fun restaurant with great food.

My first job was…

a valet. I love cars.

My favorite escape…

– simply a couch, Netflix/HBO, homemade meal, good company and some wine or a cocktail

– a trip over a long weekend…I love to travel and explore new foods/cultures/cities

– a meditation session by myself, with my mentor, and/or with my friends/family.

– making/writing music.

My life…

is a series of moments compounded over time. The key is to be present and trust that you are always in the right place at the right time. Fear only exists in the future and regret only exists in the past. When I live in the now, time seems to run a little more slowly. Therefore, my thoughts are much more clear because I have more time to process them and I respond to situations versus react to situations.

I’m currently working on…

I prefer any type of “doing” term because “working on” never yields a result. Currently, I am strengthening my spirituality through meditation and yoga as well as building the companies I have co-founded, with a majority of my time allocated to my most recently launched company, RealtyRewards™.

In short, RealtyRewards™ is a new way for home buyers and sellers to receive a substantial Rebate (up to 4%) in the form of a prepaid, reloadable American Express® Reward Card when they buy and/or sell a home.

If you are looking to buy and/or sell a resale home, you can receive a Rebate of up to 1% of the purchase or sale price of the home by becoming a RealtyRewards™ Member. In addition, if you become a Member and are looking to buy a new home through one of the builders in our New Home Builder Network, you may receive a Rebate of up to 4% of the purchase price of the new home.

What is a Member? You become a Member when you perform the following steps:

1) Register for free on the RealtyRewards™ Website.

2) Agree to and sign the RealtyRewards™ Client Rebate Agreement.

3) Provide information to our lending partner, EverBank and obtain a loan commitment. This commitment in no way obligates you to ultimately use EverBank to provide your mortgage and there are no fees associated with this commitment.

The above steps qualify you as a valuable lead to our exclusive Real Estate Network, which includes Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and a number of recognized New Home Builders. Because of the premium nature of your lead, these companies are willing to give RealtyRewards™ a Referral Fee – 80% of which we Rebate to you in the form of a prepaid, reloadable American Express® Reward Card.

Always…

Create. Allow. Be. Create the world you want to see. Allow positive energy and love to flow within you and those around you. Be you, always.

Never…

be negative or suppress that which you are.

Favorite Quote…

“If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself, if you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.” – Lao Tzu

Biggest Dream…

in a world that is so connected, we are not really connecting…my goal is to help people know and share unconditional love through others and themselves and understand/experience the limitless power they have within.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

bad grammar and the word “YOLO”
