MOVES OF THE WEEK
I was recently featured on the tv show The List talking Kettlebells! Here are 3 basic Kettlebell exercises to add into your workout routine.
1. Slingshot – Great warm up exercise and move to add in between more diffcult sets as an active recovery.
2. Windmill – Engages multiple muscle groups at a time. Shoulders, core, glutes & hamstrings.
3. Kettlebell Swing – Engages multiple muscles groups at a time. Hamstrings, glutes, core, lats, shoulders, pecs & grip.
