Kathy's photos and "dish" on the stylish dinner party.

As Larry Fitzgerald was getting ready to join guests for his annual charity dinner, I took this jazzy photo. Larry's one of the most stylish dressers in the NFL, and the classy car matched the Cardinals player’s dashing style!

No, it's not Larry's car, nor was he chauffeured to the party in this vintage set of wheels. The white classic car was part of the party’s “speak easy “ decor. A group of Larry’s athlete friends (including Kurt Warner) volunteered to play “waiter” for the evening at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Scottsdale and serve up the gourmet 4-course meal.

This table of guests pictured below had their dinner served up by former Arizona Diamondbacks Luis Gonzalez and NFL Hall of Famer Chris Carter. (What a dinner full of soul and jazz for Joyce Moore and Sam Moore (Soul Man)  and Christine Jones and Gary Jones.)

Also among the 200 partygoers were celebs such as Phoenix Coyotes Shane Doan and former NFL player Roy Green. Pictured below are VIP guests Helen Yeung and Nicole Bidwill.

The tickets for the event for which Morton’s was transformed into “Fitz’s Supper Club”, started at $600 per person and benefits the Larry Fitzgerald First Down Fund. Larry and the Fund donate  time, money and resources - to numerous organizations across the country, funding positive activities for kids, supporting kids and families in crisis, and supporting health-related organizations that work with families. Larry's sportswriter father Larry Fitzgerald, Sr. (Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder) and his brother Marcus Fitzgerald who plays football for the Sacramento Mountain Lions, were also at the dinner party.
