P.F. Changs, a self-proclaimed long-time admirer of Sam Fox's restaurant concepts, is lending $10 million to help the healthy restaurant expand and build more units. Click here for the deets!
Sam Fox currently operates 11 concepts (27 units) in the Southwestern states, including Arizona, Colorado, California, Texas and Kansas. They are opening a new concept, Modern Steak, in the new Scottsdale Fashion Square wing this fall, and a second True Food Kitchen in Scottsdale Quarter in the coming months.
