Gossip Girl threads...at Target?

 

Anna Sui is partnering with Target for the newest GO International line, and has said her inspiration is Gossip Girl! Set to hit stores September 13, all the hottest girls will be decked out in Blair Waldorf attire come school.

The brand will consist of 19 looks, all NYC Prep School- appropriate, and is broken down into four mini-collections! There are 5 Blair looks, 5 Serena looks, 5 Jenny looks, and 4 Vanessa looks.

The Blair mini-collection features high necks, high-waisted and tied pieces, with lace and a darker color scheme. It's buttoned-up enough to be preppy, but is short and bright and youthful. The epitome of GG.

The Serena mini-collection is nowhere near as promiscuous-looking as she is on the show, but features a cool boho-casual mix, pretty neutrals and pieces that could be worn individually with

The Vanessa collection is four orange and brown looks, with a decidedly lower-class feel than the other lines. The individual pieces are cute though, and could be nicely integrated into a wardrobe.

The Jenny collection has some awesome dresses- very Anna-Sui-ey. The rest is super rebellious, with teared fabric and exposed zippers.

We see so many influences from the show! Neck ties, boho prints, gathered sleeves, lace- the perfect prep-school blend. Best of all, it looks so rich for Target, and will cost the usual $40 and less.
