The Arizona Foothills Designer Showhouse is in full swing! The rooms are decorated to the nines, the shuttles are scheduled and the four charities are selling those tickets!

For those of you not in-the-loop, the Designer Showhouse has been an AFM tradition since 1999. We pick the most amazing home on the market, the Valley's most talented designers and the most deserving nonprofits for the ultimate Showhouse tour experience. This year, the public has the opportunity to tour the most expensive spec home ever in the Valley, a $20 million, 23,000 sq.-ft. masterpiece on Mummy Mountain.
