Mar. 1, 2019. Executive Chef Ken Arneson at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort plans a night of wining and dining while putting his guests to work in a demonstrative cooking class. Guests of this event started by enjoying light appetizers prepared by Chef Ken then were put to the test in the kitchen making their own salsa and preparing the meal they would soon be sitting down to eat with Chef Ken by their side, sharing his secrets in the kitchen and his experience on Food Network’s, Chopped. The night ended with a family style served meal prepared by 11 new chefs, ready to taste the meal they created behind the kitchen.
