Lunch & Learn Dinner with Chef Beau MacMillan and his two special guests: Shinji Kurita, Executive Chef of ShinBay, a contemporary Japanese eatery in Scottsdale. ShinBay was nominated for "Best New Restaurant" in 2012 by The James Beard Foundation. Kurita was joined by Chicago's famed Chef Danny Grant.
