Feb. 9, 2016. The Hermosa Inn unveiled their new lobby and entry experience at a ribbon cutting ceremony with the vice mayor and town council members from Paradise Valley, as well as representatives from the Scottsdale CVB and VisitPhoenix. New Owners Ron and Joyce Allred led the celebration, cutting the ribbon on the new circular entry and lobby. The building adjoins six of the resort’s original Rancho rooms, now renovated and designated with historical plaques. The historic property celebrates its 80th anniversary as a guest ranch this year.
