Z’Tejas has several restaurant-exclusive tequilas that will be featured in the tequila tasting and class. The menu is bold, yet sophisticated and will perfectly highlight the flavor profiles of the paired tequila. The menu features:

•             Cornbread croquette paired with sharp cheddar and shrimp

•             Tuna tiradito on truffle oil tostada

•             Roasted poblano and sweet corn bisque with crab

•             Bourbon glazed pork over mole negro

•             Chocolate-ancho chile flan
