Women’s Orchestra of Arizona invites you to join us and enjoy “Feel the Love,” our concert of classical and movie-inspired love themes by stellar composers. The concert is Sunday, February 4, 2024, 3:00 P.M. at Ascension Lutheran Church in Paradise Valley.

Enjoy Bizet’s Carmen Overture Prelude, Rachmaninoff’s Symphony No. 2, and Massenet’s Thais Meditation with solo violinist, concertmistress Marna Bowling. A featured composition will be Resilience, composed by Autumn Maria Reed, winner of Women’s Orchestra of Arizona Composition Competition. Reed is a Wisconsin based composer and Berklee College of Music alumna, and she has recently composed a symphony and string quartet. The concert also includes Gershwin’s romantic medleys from the movie Love Walked In, John Barry’s Somewhere in Time, and ever popular Titanic.
