Take in the sights, smells, sounds and spices of NOLA during Forty8 Live!’s annual Southwest Cajun Fest, a Mardi Gras celebration happening Feb. 3! From 2-9 p.m. at Dr. A.J. Chandler Park, enjoy authentic Cajun seafood boils, king cake, crawfish and beignets, a Bourbon Street experience, street performers and live Dixieland performances. Kids will enjoy a petting zoo with live alligators, Mardi Gras mask decorating, inflatables and face painting. Tickets are $18, and kids 12 and under are free.
