Events: Arizona - Phoenix - Scottsdale

On Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 6:00 – 9:30 p.m., the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce (GPECC) will be kicking off the holiday season by hosting the 15th Annual Festival of Trees at the Southwest Center in downtown Phoenix (1101 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85044). 

This colorful holiday event – $75 for general admission or $100 for VIP entry – will be emceed by Barbara Seville and will showcase a silent auction with a number of beautifully decorated holiday trees, wreaths, menorahs and other displays – all sponsored and decorated by local businesses and organizations. Holiday musical entertainment performed by the Phoenix Gay Men’s Chorus will accompany complimentary hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar and various raffles and silent auction items – plus the highly sought after Travel Tree, which comes with the grand prize of a 7-night cruise in the Mediterranean that includes meals, drinks and airfare.

The VIP reception (held from 6 – 7 p.m.) includes complimentary champagne, hand-passed hors d’eouvres, an array of enchanting door prizes, as well as the opportunity to mingle with special guests, including local, state and federal officials. Followed by general admission from 7 – 9:30 p.m.

A portion of all proceeds from the 15th Annual Festival of Trees will benefit Phoenix Gay Men’s Chorus, a premiere performing arts organization that strives to unite, inspire, educate and entertain its diverse audiences, members, allies and supporting partners as well as the GPECC.
