Eat, drink and be scary at the Z’Tejas Halloween Brunch!

On October 28, Z’Tejas will host a Halloween brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at their Scottsdale location. The event will feature a costume contest, expert face painter and a master balloon artist as well as their special Halloween drink La Muerte. This specialty margarita is made with select barrel Maestro Dobel Diamante tequila, fresh lime juice and agave syrup. The glass is rimmed with black salt and a purple-dyed skull-shaped ice cube along with chips of dry ice are added to boost the fun of this spirited drink ($16). This select barrel is unique to Z’Tejas and not available at any other restaurant. Brunch items available include bananas foster French toast, huevos rancheros, pork verde chilaquiles and a capitol beef barbacoa omelet.
