Thirsty Lion Gastropub will be celebrating Valley military individuals whom have sacrificed so much to serve our country, on Saturday, November 11^th in honor of Veteran’s Day.  The four locations in Tempe, Gilbert, North Phoenix, and Chandler will offer a free entrée from their specialty Veteran’s Day menu and non-alcoholic beverages for those with proof of military identification.  The offer will be valid on November 11th from 11:00am-10:00pm at Desert Ridge, Santan Village and Chandler Viridian and 11:00am-11:00pm at the Tempe location. 

Specialty Menu items will include:

• Cobb Salad served with Romaine, radicchio, arugula, roasted chicken, pepper bacon, avocado, Kalamata olives, Gorgonzola, cherry tomatoes, egg, roasted corn and blue cheese vinaigrette.
• Cheeseburger with a choice of cheddar, Swiss or pepper jack cheese, with pickles and burger sauce. Served with choice of fresh hand cut fries, Napa slaw or a small house salad.
• Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich marinated with jalapeño and buttermilk, dusted in spicy flour, crispy fried and topped with chipotle aioli, spicy Napa slaw and dill pickles on grilled ciabatta. Served with choice of fresh hand cut fries, Napa slaw or a small house salad.
• French Dip with slow roasted beef and melted provolone on parmesan crusted ciabatta with rosemary au jus and horseradish cream. Served with choice of fresh hand cut fries, Napa slaw or a small house salad.
• IPA Beer Battered Fish & Chips, Lagunitas IPA battered, served with Napa slaw, lemon caper tartar sauce and fries.
• Tuscan Romano Chicken pan seared with pecorino Romano, lemon herb beurre blanc, balsamic marinated tomatoes, garlic parmesan noodles, fresh basil and seasonal vegetable
