FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar are pleased to present an exclusive Woodford Reserve Pairing Dinner on Saturday, Aug. 26. During the event, guests can indulge in a special prix fixe menu with courses complemented by a pour of Woodford Reserve whiskey. Menu is as follows:
Course 1: House-made Sizzling Slab Bacon with a drizzle of spicy maple syrup
Course 2: Sweet and Savory Grilled Peach Salad featuring creamy burrata, crunchy pecan praline and fresh baby greens
Course 3: Smoke-Infused Watermelon Shooter rimmed with jalapeno salt
Course 4: Braised Short Rib paired with smoked cheddar polenta, fire-roasted carrots and hoisin BBQ sauce
Course 5: White Chocolate Bomb filled with bourbon-infused apple center topped off with salted caramel sauce
Cost is $89 per person, plus tax. Additional cocktails will be available for purchase. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; dinner begins promptly at 7 p.m.
