Hundred Mile Brewing Company (HMBC) is mixing it up with a cool new Summer Mixology Series. Featuring three courses, — Saturday, June 24, Saturday, July 22 and Saturday, Aug. 26 from 1-3 p.m. — each with its own theme, guests can choose one or attend all three and take their cocktail skills to the next level.

Led by HMBC’s mixologist Jami Lee, who has more than 15 years of experience working at night clubs in California and Arizona, the course takes guests on an adventure into the world of mixology where they can shake, stir and sip their way through the secrets to crafting sensational cocktails. During each course, Lee will demonstrate how to craft a variety of classic and contemporary cocktails from an Old Fashioned to a Cosmopolitan as well as share her own recipe concoctions.

Attendees will sample each and take home the recipes to recreate them at home. The three-part series features the following themes:

Signature Tropical Cocktails

Saturday, June 24 |1-3 p.m.

Learn the techniques to create three invigorating summertime concoctions developed by Lee and inspired by the tropical islands.

Classic Cocktails with a Twist

Saturday, July 22 |1-3 p.m.

Gain the knowledge to create classic cocktails — and then embellish them with unexpected twists.

Backyard Pool Party Punch Bowls

Saturday, Aug. 26 |1-3 p.m.
