Chef Beau MacMillan & Clive Collective's Cala Scottsdale has partnered with LA-based wine connoisseur, Felipe P., to bring natural, biodynamic wine to Old Town!
In addition to a new dinner menu that features a 3-course pre-fixe menu designed by Executive Chef Peter McQuaid, the new summer menu will include 3 new natural, biodynamic wines from California: “Unsung Hero,” an orange wine by Subject to Change, a sparkling Pét Net Rosé by Field Recordings, and a chilled red grenache by Iruai.
Come join us at Cala on Saturday, June 24th from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. for a special “Summer de Vino” launch event.
Wine tasting tickets will be available for purchase day of, for $30, which includes a sample of each new wine option. Dining options will be available, with reservations only; otherwise, the bar and table side is available to everyone. Bottles will also be available to purchase, either by the glass or by the bottle, for those who enjoyed!
