Description

Dads deserve to be celebrated all year long, but especially on Father’s Day! In honor of the dads, Ocean Prime has unveiled a delicious special available all Father’s Day weekend long, from Friday June 16 through Monday, June 19, as well as an exclusive Sunday brunch menu available on June 18.

 

All weekend during dinner service, diners can enjoy a Woodford Reserve Dry Aged Prime Ribeye topped with Woodford Reserve roasted garlic butter for $95.

 

In addition to this special, Ocean Prime is featuring an exclusive Father’s Day brunch menu including some of the following highlights:

               

                Warm Cinnamon Bread with cream cheese icing, $12

                Lobster Toast with avocado pea puree, pea shoots and sunny side egg, $32

Crabcake Eggs Benedict featuring toasted English muffin with Maryland crab, poached eggs and hollandaise, $33

Brioche French Toast with cinnamon sugar whipped mascarpone served with sausage and maple syrup, $24

Short Rib Surf & Turf with lobster, gouda pancake, poached egg and hollandaise, $32

Salmon Smoked Latke with tomato, hard-boiled egg, arugula, caviar and chive sour cream, $29

Prime Steak & Egg featuring a 6-ounce New York Strip, poached egg, crispy potatoes and citrus truffle vinaigrette, $38

Blackened Salmon Salad with goat cheese, spiced walnuts, strawberries, grapes and cantaloupe served with basil poppyseed dressing, $26

 

In addition to these entrees, guests can enjoy a specialty brunch cocktail such as Citrus Rhubarb Mimosa with Giffard Rhubarbe, fresh orange juice and dry curacao ($18), Tequila Sour made with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Velvet Falernum, grapefruit and lime juices and orange bitters ($18) or a classic Bloody Mary with house-made pepper-infused vodka, shrimp cocktail and cornichons ($25).

 

Sides such as Candied Bacon ($8), Seasonal Fruit with Greek yogurt ($9), Truffled Potatoes ($9) and Breakfast Sausage ($7) can be added to enhance any order. Brunch is available from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday, June 18.
