Skip the hot, outdoor barbeque and celebrate our nation’s independence at Roaring Fork.  The Scottsdale restaurant will be offering their annual Dinner on Us promotion on Tuesday, July 4^th offering guests the option to buy one entrée and get the second one free beginning at 4:00pm.  Roaring Fork will be serving signature “wood fired” favorites in addition to cold refreshing beverages including the frozen huckleberry margarita.  Other menu items will include: 

• 8 oz. Filet served with Shallot Butter, Chipotle Balsamic, Demi Glace, and Chimichurri
• BRAISED PORK SHOULDER CARNITAS with Cowboy Beans, Street Corn, and Flour Tortillas
• ROTISSERIE CHICKEN served with Cornbread Stuffing, Green Beans, and Lemon Garlic Jus
• BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS with Horseradish Mashed Potato, and Tomato Jam
• GRILLED FISH TACOS served with Corn Tortilla, Coleslaw, Guacamole Salsa and Cowboy Beans
• CEDAR PLANK SALMON with Seasonal Vegetable, Apricot Teriyaki Glaze, and Lemon Soy Beurre Blanc
• RAINBOW TROUT served with Seasonal Vegetable, Brown Butter, Fried Capers, Toasted Almonds and Grilled Lemon
