Barrel-Aged Root Beer Old Fashioned made with PCG Private Select Bourbon, simple syrup, Amaro and root beer bitters, $16

Argentine Ribeye — 13 ounces of all-natural, grass-fed beef served with gorgonzola smashed Yukons, crispy onion strings and guajillo chile jus, $48

Seafood Pasta featuring fresh pappardelle, sauteed wild gulf shrimp, Chula Seafood salmon, crab meat, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon caper butter sauce and Romano cheese, $27
