It’s time to raise a glass to fine wine and fine food! On Wednesday, May 24, Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse celebrates both with its five-course winemaker’s dinner featuring complementary pairings from Miner Family Winery served with incredible dishes prepared by Chef Anthony Apolinar.
A representative for the winery will be on hand to explain each pour during the dinner. Menu and pairings are as follows:
First Course — Pan Seared Scallop with ancho butter, sweet potato puree and bacon lardons paired with Miner Family Viognier, Paso Robles
Second Course — Crispy Skin on Seabass with potato cake, roasted tomatoes and balsamic drizzle served with Miner Family Chardonnay, Napa Valley
Third Course — Roasted Airline Chicken Breast with zesty quinoa, roasted potatoes and chicken jus complemented by Miner Family Gary’s Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands
Fourth Course — Charbroiled Petite Filet with creamy risotto, asparagus and red wine demi paired with Miner Family Emily’s Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
Dessert Course — Maria’s German Chocolate Cheesecake
